Good morning all. Great job Tod.
About our uninvited guests on the thread. I feel that we are all here for the same reason, to make money. I also feel that EVERYONE knows that MTEI is a sound stock and will go up on its own merit.
The longs in this stock feel very good about this, the nays feel VERY bad about this. That's why they are here. They know if NTEI is left alone it will continue to go up and they will continue to feel VERY VERY bad. This is clear to any eight year old. So I think we should thank all the nays for stopping by and hope more show up in the near future because it is their way of telling everyone that they are worried about MTEI going higher. IF THEY DIDN'T THINK SO THEY WOULDN'T BE HERE.
I might even put out some lice treats.

Enjoy your day.

Here Liceard, Liceard, Liceard.
I'm going to need a VERY big box.

As the curtain falls down on Act 1, the audience sits still for a moment, digesting what it has seen.

Suddenly as though they were one person, the theater erupts into a thunderous applause. People begin to stand....clapping harder...a standing ovation....and they begin to yell the same thing...over and over.....

TOD C!

Hi Tod! Wanted to tell you what I thought of your DD Summary post, and couldn't think of a better way to put it.

Tod, that summary of yours was among the best....no, I take it back..I think it was THE best of any that I have ever read anywhere or anyplace.

Superb!...Fantastic!...Bellisimo!....Wunderbar!....Tora, Tora, Tora!

Uh, Tod.....did I happen to mention that I like your summary post? <g>

There's a quote that I like to laughingly mangle....and the way I mangle it is this:

"Never do today what you can put off until tomorrow....because if you put it off long enough, you might not have to do it after all."

Well, last week I had put off calling Mountain Energy...but I had truly planned to call them this week. You know what? Now I don't have to. I'm not going to call them. Why should I? Your summary pretty much says it all. Better to let them concentrate on their work rather than have to take time to answer questions that have already been put to them and answered.

Thank you, Tod. You just saved me a long distance phone bill. I owe you one.

And thanks again, for taking the time to post that summary!

Admiringly,
Juanita

Tod C, it is fascinating that you were able to come up with this information for posting at 3:44am in the morning EST.

I would also be fascinated to know what documentation you are relying on to make the claim that John Christensen is completely uninvolved with the company. We can see that Mr. Christensen is still listed as the President and Treasurer of Mountain Energy in NV, although the name change itself is updated in the NV state records.

sos.state.nv.us
[enter "mountain energy", then submit, then view]

While we are on the subject of the name Mountain Energy be advised that I am forwarding a letter to Mountain Energy, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Green Mountain Power in Vermont. The use of this name is an apparent conflict with their established business. I trust that you are not getting confused in your effusive analysis with Mountain Energy, in Vermont, an already established company in the O&G business.

I will take it that another name change announcement, the sixth or is it seventh in the last three years, for this company from Mountain Energy to some other imaginative name, will signal your error in relevance in reporting the fine reputation of Mountain Energy. No doubt Mountain Energy, Inc. in Vermont does have a fine reputation.

Here is an interesting post that never got answered. John Christensen was right in the middle of this at the time. Do we have proof positive that he is no longer involved with MTEI? Even though NV state records say he is the President of record?

When you have some free time take a look at the 1996 financial statements of LumaNet. Then please explain to me where they are going to get the cash to run the business in 1997. Wouldn't you like to know who earned the $484,584 in salaries; who the $211,497 in contract personnel are and how $98,134 of T & E could be expended for a company with $132,476 of sales. There are over 25 million shares of stock outstanding. What will it take to earn even $.01 per share.

If your worst fear is whether or not John Christiansen is currently listed as President of Mountain Energy when they haven't even hired the new President to replace him, then you really don't have much to worry about.

Jack Uselton and Winston Overstreet have tremendous reputations in the Oil and Gas industry. Jack and Winston run the office, they call the shots. John is not involved other than turning over the books. I would listen to Jack and Winston before I would listen to certain people on this thread.

PLEASE REVIEW #reply-4863050

From PM this morning - unedited which confirms my conversation,
"Just spoke with JAck and he said that John christiansen has no position with the company--period--end of story! HE was chairman of ICVI and does have stock in MTEI--that's as far as it goes. He also told me the company is more sound now than ever."

From my conversation last Friday with Mr. Winston Overstreet Vice-President of Operations,
The only involvement Mr. John Christiansen has at the present time is turning over the ICVI books and records to Jack to complete the reverse merger. I don't even know John Christianson other than I've seen him in the office a couple of times. I do know he's a shareholder.

From my conversation with Joe Gort,
John Christiansen wants to be out of MTEI as fast as possible so he can focus his attention on his other company CCI. John has no interest in being involved with Mountain Energy and is currently in the process of turning over the books.

From my conversation with a gentlemen who spent an entire day with John Christiansen,
Rather than fold the tent and file bankruptcy on ICVI, John worked very hard to get the deal completed with Jack. John is a shareholder, that's it. Now John wants to focus on C-Concepts.
