I saw your web site, and your business is a joke, right? Economy without boom and bust! Give me a break. All you're doing is parrotting media hype. You don't know anything about technical analysis. Trend analysis is only area. Remember oscillators: Wilder RSI, Stochastics, MACD, Williams %R, Directional Movement Indicator, ADR/X, and many others. These can be used for analysis of market extremes. And it also depends on the length of the trend one wishes to analyze --- one can use each of these indicators for both trend confirmation and identification of extreme overbought and oversold condictions depending on the parameters one specifies to these tools.
