Every read the old book about "warm-wet" and "cool-dry"??
Wild stuff, "Climate and the Stock market" or a similar name of the book...(its at the office...and yeah L I'm home but was up till 3:30 watching the ticks)

I see a lot of opinion that SPX 1080 is crucial support.

I'm not comfy with the ranges on SP8U as yet, so I've been watching the Cash as well until I get a feel for the Sept contract.

SPX 1085 did appear to put the brakes on with respect to the gap-down. Whether this huge gap in the spoos gets filled or not is a serious question. McMillan notes that he thinks if the OEX closes lower than 525 expiration will be dominated by sell programs.
