Anthony; I've found Vickers data not very timely. I'm looking at a "Vickers Insider Trading Chronology" from the beginning of March and it shows Seamans holding 1,362,557 direct shares. We know he's been selling since then. The 3/28/98 shareholder info figure I mentioned was a reference point only from where you could subtract trades to get a current figure.

I'm not sure we know how many shares he has, he might still have options, but I think it's fair to say he has less now than he had in the beginning of March. Have a good day. Dave
