$38 sucks

Add about 20% to that to compensate for the amount that many of Bay's peers have dropped in the last month (and Bay would have too without the rumors), and you get $45 a share. Does that sound better?

$38 is just dandy...

RFF: This is a share swap due in the 3rd Q w/o any protection. They should have had a floor to ensure that the shareholder is protected. Most likely the arbitrageur will take down NTL and drag BAY along.

What is the best strategy now.?

Give me a break. If it weren't for the buyout Bay would be a 20 dollar
stock. Bay shareholders should be thanking David House .
