IMO NT will trade off, unless they do a phenomenal spin job in a down market. The acquirer usually does.

It seems apparent, BAY will not open anywhere near 38.

Not just a lower price. But remember the "arb effect". It looks like it's in FULL effect this morning. BAY should be trading somewhere above $36. However, I just heard on CNBC the indications are $28-$30 on the open. Can you believe that?

The arb's are killing everyone. That's $8-$10 lower than it should be. What a bunch of crooks!
