(NASDAQ:SMOD - news) announced today that it has launched a DVD PC Card solution for portable computers. The DVD Card provides portable computer manufacturers with the ability to offer DVD upgrade solutions for both low-end and high-end systems. SMART's DVD Card is a Type II, PCMCIA form factor card and interfaces through the Zoomed Video port of the computer.
