TNRG: Big news this weekend

NEW YORK--(BW HealthWire)--June 13, 1998--Tianrong Building Material Holdings, Ltd. (OTC BB:TNRG) announced today that the Company has completed the design of an advanced version of its computerized personal home-use EKG device.

The device, which TNRG has named "The Tracker," is battery operated, can be connected to a personal computer and will provide a reliable means to display, record and store a patients EKG and certain other pertinent medical data. The data collected and stored by The Tracker can then be used by physicians to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.

The Tracker will be priced in the $300 range and will be attractive, in the Company's view, for home purchase at that price. It is anticipated that The Tracker will also be used in physicians' offices, research laboratories and in conjunction with exercise monitoring. The Company anticipates submitting The Tracker for FDA approval by September.

"The completion of the design of The Tracker is a further example of Tianrong's strategy of nurturing products and/or businesses which we believe offer the potential for significant growth. The Tracker will be part of TNRG's Tianrong Medical Division. TNRG has previously announced a spin-off to shareholders of 10% of this division," stated James Tilton, president of TNRG.

Tianrong is a business development company that has set as its goal the acquisition of businesses in numerous industries and plans to apply Tianrong's management expertise to quickly grow value in the acquired businesses. Tianrong has announced future stock dividends in three subsidiaries and on a long-term basis may elect to issue stock dividends in other subsidiaries.
