ROFL!! Actually, you could make a pretty good case for Micron on exactly that basis, in the long term. But in the short term, the more their currency deteriorates, the more the Asians will be to make a few scraps of profit by selling DRAM cheap.

MU could be a great great buy in the near to mid-term future, it hadn't even really occurred to me.

There was an interesting article somewhere (sorry I blow through these too fast to remember the source) that claims 1) the big boys are in pretty good shape (Intel, TI), 2) the tiny outsourcing boutiques are in good shape, but 3) the in-betweeners (Atmel comes to mind)(maybe IDT?) are hurting right now. He predicted unprecedented buying of these mid-size chip co's by the big boys, to increase their intellectual capital while the buying is cheap. Can anyone see Motorola or TI buying up IDT?
