david, I really doubt that there is an SEC investigation. I find that is usually a fantasy of fanatic longs who can't believe that someone would have the nerve to say their stock is long. As far as getting "burned" by Mr. Pink, I make my own decisions. I didn't even know who Mr. Pink was until last week. As far as doing my "dd" I will. I have noticed though, that when longs on a thread overuse the term due diligence, the stock is usually a good short. No, that's not good enough in and of itself, but it is a red flag that makes me start investigating. I will let you know if I decide to short. Barb
