WAY off topic, but I had to follow up on a promise I made the PairGain group a long time ago. We're beta testing a stock market info tool, and being a longtime PAIR follower, I posted here a while back saying you'd be the first to access it if you wanted. It took longer to get out than we thought, but there's a lot of cool stuff in it. Live intraday charting, with technical analysis (bollinger bands, MACD, etc), updating quotes, ticker, interactive chat (talk to the other PAIR watchers in realtime, on the PAIR channel) portfolio manager, symbol search and last (and least :-) the currency calculator. Should be good for all north american equities and options. There's also interaction with the MarketPlayer website, and we plan on supporting other sites that want us to. Oh yeah, it does option chains too. This is the first beta release, so please feel free to use it all at our cost (you're going to have to end up testing the ad engine as well, which will be showing public service announcements :-). We welcome as much feedback as you can give. It's at mach6.net It's a downloadable Java application. It'll tell you when a new version is ready for you to get as we go through the beta process.
