70M shares out before, new purchase with cash and new restricted shares. I am sure the x-property owners didn't give the land away.

The PR could have been more specific as to the value of rights acquired and # of shares paid. Hopefully details will follow.

I sure hope management knows what its doing.

You couldn't be further from the truth. I have the AUDITED financials and the float is correct.
