However, I would dispute the projections made for Cambrian. The year 2006 shows total market for Optical access as $2.5b and Cambrian share as $1.5b. (0.67 mkt share). Y2k I can barely comprehend but Y2k+6 is beyond my capacity.

Where did you get any projections regarding Cambrian's share? I certainly didn't post any. All I know is they are targetting the MAN market and I'm quite certain they have competition.

I don't have any idea how Cambrian and through them NN will benefit. It's a hot market. Cambrian has products ready to ship. They're testing interoperability with LU, BAY and COMS. NN owns 40%.
