I doubt if there will be a release because the company had stated that DF-144 was approved prior to what I can tell was its actual genuine official approval. Therefore, it would be redundant for them to announce, "we announce that what we announced before is really true." I stand ready to be corrected if I am wrong, but the actual approval came last Friday.

Well I think giving us the number shows it is real and I believe they have their hands sort of tied up with this DF scenario. I posted the number of the registration and I guess a phone call to EPA to verify for yourselve might help you feel better. Again the DF scenario is a problem and nothing points to DF-144 as being one. Oh well GB

Eaaasssy Big Fella! I sense a slight case of panic in your post. Most every one here has really beaten the bushes on this one to flush out the rabbits, this does not mean that we become complacent on our DD. JMHO if you sell into this most recent uncertainty, you will just be hurting your own investment. I am sure that you can tell that the large postion holders in this one are not selling any time soon and in fact are still accumulating. I am confidant that John & Co. are doing all that is necessary to get this scenario cleaned up. We really have to give this a little time to play out. I am sure that nobody is more aware of the necessity to post progress of the DF scenario and progression of the product etc. than John Spriggs. Please , everyone exercise a little patience( and maybe a few warrants). I do apologize to all for this lecturous post and mean abosolutely no disrespect to anyone. Best Regards to all WB
