Benny,

The bills coming in the mail are a way to remind me to pay them. Although I might be diciplined enough to go weekly, or monthly, to a site to see my bills and pay, I do check my E-Mail every day. E-Mail will save me a step.

The E-Mail could be as simple as a link to the web page that holds my billing detail, or the E-Mail could be a web page itself (see Hot Mail). In my ideal the E-Mail would be a web page, I review the detail, choose a pay date (a future date at which to transfer the funds), and hit pay.

On another note, I would expect AOL to group bills as a service to their customers.

Cheers,
Lee
