"A" for effort. So now we wait. Eli said that the financials were filed last week. Well I don't know how long that takes but, The PLNM CEO has a phone message he puts out each week. In this week's message he addresses filing with the SEC (Octoberish). He believes that it will take 1 month after the SEC gets the filing. Don't know if that's right or not, and assuming ELI filed the week of June 1,, looks like Jul 1 to me. Two weeks is a long time with these companies.
