Great John: the internet is also a very great source.. you could go for instance to bigcharts.com and look up one utility and it will give you a list of most of them or stocksheets.com or stocksmarts.com and they will provide the industry group or wallstreetcity.com or industry groups under canada-stockwatch.com hope it works out and is not a wild goose chase..but I think it sounds as if you have a very important protoco .for the year two thousand problem in utilities and nobody knows about it.. just guessing and I could be way off base..
