Ernie, Per your post: "My take on the responses: 1) I am very frustrated about this being such a mystery for so long as it lowers my
expectations for future filings on getting listed. We supposedly met all requirements last
year and Zippo. Why should I expect anything different this year???

The following differences come to mind:

1. Total revenues much higher now, I am assuming that company size and historical growth will make getting listed more likely.

2. Perhaps more important, consider that the last time we applied for listing that essentially all of DCI's revenues were derived by divisions outside the US, this is no longer the case... Does anyone know if there is some requirement that a certain amount of a companies revenues be derived from US business operations?

To answer someone else's question earlier. The selling has been minimal today. The reason for the drop in the ASK was due to the fact that NITE walked the ASK down so apparently has a few shares to sell...hopefully not many this time.

James

Hi Ernie,
Would you explain to me why you feel that a few more writedowns to help with the M/A's would not be in the company's best interest??? I do know that this will cut into our earnings per share. But it will help the company grow, plus we will not have to take on debt or issue more shares. Thanks for your opinions. Toni

Hi Ernie,

We agree about writedowns not becoming a part of ongoing accounting
and I don't think that is at all the case here with DCTC. We also
agree on the frustration of the listing process and lack of info
available on it. It seems that if it is talked about, your company
can't get listed. The exchanges are sooooooo secretive about the
info flow that it makes me ill. They are just like the spoiled kid
that sez it's my ball, my rules and I'm going home if I can't have
my way all the time. When the day comes that all this is over, I'm
hoping to have some info to shed light on all the mystery.....on that,
we shall see.....

It is nice to see responses from other dd match up. It is one of the
things I like most about DCI......anyone gets the same info if they
choose to pursue it......

Looks like our seller showed up LARGE this pm......maybe someday
these non-believers that can't read a financial statement will
be gone......

Take care...

Lou
