Well by all means, let's rely on a second hand conversation with the receptionist as a verification that John Christensen has nothing whatsoever to do with MTEI.

Colour me suspicious, and definitely colour me waiting for a definitive statement in black and white from the company.

very good steve, good work. amazing what someone can accomplish when picking up a phone instead of arguing endlessly and pointlessly. im still waiting for andrew h. to answer the question posed to him on sgnc if he had any shares or not. geez, i feel so dumb in the presence of such greatness on this thread, maybe i should move to canada and "SEE THE LIGHT". i know what would be really neat, lets let janice or forthright or little engine pick a stock and we will ask them about their dd, and we can all become rich off of their efforts, and we will do the best we can to make sure that noone attcks their pick, because im sure their dd is top notch and undisputable. so how bout it boys/gal, how bout a pick for us dumb hicks that cant make a pick, can you spare a dime brother?

macker

ps. and i vote we dont post or respond till we get a pick, after all they are just trying to save us from our picks, what humanitarians, i love you guys.

I agree Steve. I spoke with Mr. Overstreet for more than an hour last Friday. He told me that they were going to be extremely busy this week in meetings and reading surveys and maps in preparation for deadlines (hint). Personally, I'd rather have them doing what needs to be done to bring in revenues and more assets. While prices remain low, the company remains in acquistion mode.

They also have a stream of interviewees as the prepare their staff. Hopefully they will have an IR person in house soon to handle all of our calls and questions. To help answer some of the ad nauseum questions, I refer you to #reply-4863050.

I called back and asked Vivian, the receptionist at Mountain Energy, and asked her if a John Christensen kept an office at Mountain Energy, and her answer was NO. I then asked if he was just getting ready all the paperwork to transfer to Mountain Energy, and the answer to that was YES.

Did you ask Viv if he was a member of the board?
