Thanks for the explanation of the difference in carats per tonne. That is helpful. However, the market was expecting the higher cpt. That is
1.2 cat difference. That's the bad news. The good news is the large diamonds. If dykes are as consistent as reported, WSP should be able to plan on mining large diamodns. But--we now are left in an uncertain
situation once again. We need to know value per carat adn we need to
know why no colored stones were reported. Given that reputation for
consistency in dykes and the number of stones found and the number of
carats one would expect the reported percentages of colored stones
to be represented. We can only assume 1) that there were no colored
stones which would be puzzling 2) that there were but WSp isn't going to report them until they announce the evaluation. Let's hope the two to three week time line for evaluation is correct. Whether the results end up being goo or bad, there is no changing them and we might as well find out where ouir investments stand. I think we clearly see that uncertainty in the stock price. It is now holding at 65 cents.Better than where it was, below 50, but not good enough to create a run.
