Thanks for your responses. Much appreciated. I will have to get around to calling the company eventually, but it is major long distance for me so any info I can pick up ahead of time is valuable. Right now I am just watching the stock markets melt down (wondering what took them so long) and thankful that my major holding right now is CASH. I can see already that the key issue with this stock for me will be trying to get a handle to what the passage of specific legislation banning internet gambling in the U.S. would do to the share price. (Not sure how the hell I am going to figure that out either <ggg>. No pun intended with the "hell" reference by the way.) Tom
