It's nice that they keep saying $38, but they might as well adjust to reality. NT is $56 and that means $33.60 for BAY and that's a whole different story. In fact, I wonder if NT can hold $56?

Some people might think BAY needs a heavy hand to come in and fix things, but NT is saying BAY will just go along as usual, except maybe they'll not be selling as much to Lucent in the future. Now, if they loose business to Lucent, how's that going to add? NT must figure they'll be getting Lucent business to make up for it?

Well anyway, this is what I wanted and now that I've got it I'm not so sure.

Regards,

Mark

PS Waiting on second round. Let's hope for a counter bid. Otherwise it'll be hard to make much off this deal. I sure was hoping for $40 and 33.60 just doesn't seem as nice.
