Short AMZN 66.187
>>

uh-oh. Looks like this puppy's going to 75 now! I am loving watching this one from the sidelines(after having lost some money trying to
short it!). K-Tel in the making!

I mean, even a stock price of 6.50 for this stock is ridiculous. I don't
think they are ever going to be profitable, they will be mentioned
in barrons of 2002 when they take a look at the "bubble" and the
"mania" of the late 90's. I dont think they will be penny stocks for a
while, but probably will be the "dog" stock in the years to come(sort
of like nscp of today. A pioneer who has lost its edge). This
however does not help the shorts of today who will have margin calls
if this stock hits 90 in the next few days!(which it can).
And this stock hit 67 3/4 on a "bad" day on the market. I'd hate to
see when the pundits cry that the "troubles in Asia are exaggerated"
or "latest econometric research shows that US stock market is
unaffected by the world economy". Scary!

Fred, you wrote<Short AMZN 66.187>
Please tell us, how many and where did you find the stock to short.
I nor any of my friends could find any.
The only one's out there still seem to be 1 or 2 hundred from Datek.
I'll tell you the deal of the century, If the manipulators would release some Leap/puts, those that could get their hands around them, would own Fort Knox.
