Thanks for the post, Vaughn.

On the surface, it looks like SUF made a bad deal, but in the long
run it helps us to get on with other matters. Maybe this partnership will lead to bigger things and remove doubts about being in partnership with De Beers on other projects. The long term implications of this may be for the greater good.

...just my opinion from the initial reading. Eager to see others
thoughts on this.

Hi Vaughn!

What is your slant on the settlement? As for myself I am not enthusiastic and am a little disenchanted.
M1 is OK but we have just lost 25% of Klipspringer. It is the same as if DeBeers took 25% of the whole project. This will affect long term price. At this point I must say that I am more than a little miffed at CJ.

Cheers !!! Peter

This is excellent news and everyone concerned may now proceed and save face. The whole junior market is in the toilet. Clearly SUF has a fundamental advantage on most given that the strength in the market is in the high grade diamonds. Well done!
