I don't know if this info was put out before, but I called the Minnesota Secretary of State office(612)296-2803, and they told me that GLOW is a Nevada Corporation. They are in "Good Standing" with the state of MN. Good standing was defined as filing their annual registration form with the state. I also called the MN Dept. of Commerce(612)296-2283, they had no info on GlOW.
