TO ALL I would hope that a transformed Board together with experienced management will help to convince the investing public that Naxos is not just the "play-pen" of the insiders. Insiders who appear to be more concerned about and interested in their own well-being, like reducing an option price to $3.00 from $5.76! There is no way that this company is going to attract the investing public without the absolute assurance that Naxos 's leadership has a level of ethics that says that ALL the stockholders are equally important---not just the insiders.
