You mentioned that inventory was up. The summer months have typically been the most active for UPS or power protection sales. Perhaps APC is simply gearing up for this demand.

yes, inventories up!

look at last year's quarter and compare it
to this year. You will see that the SAME
pattern happened then. It wasn't a problem
then and it shouldn't be now. What APCC is
doing is simply stocking up for their busy
months which are in the 2nd half of the year.
