Briefing: Which networkers are likely takeover candidates as telecom
equipment makers race to provide telecom companies with a single network
that can carry voice, data, and video?

Scott Heritage: The three networkers and telecom equipment companies that we think are
probably most ripe for takeover are Bay Networks (BAY), Ascend Communications (ASND),
and Advanced Fibre Communications (AFCI).

Sounds like you need a broker who offers faster executions. Who are you using now?

By the way, even though AFCI's low for the day is 36 3/4, it opened at 38, so you might have gotten screwed by greater-than-expected demand. If I get a chance later, I'll check to see what time the day low was hit -- I think on most stocks I follow it was 9:34 or so.

Good luck.
