Unfortunately, what you are seeing is just the initial maneuvering for the most favorable forum. Standard practice in this type of business. The next step will be to deposition the internal forensic audit report authorized by the executive committee. After that, settlement negotiations will begin. (Double counting shipments leaves a pretty obvious paper trail.) Having said all that, I am now back into S3. I see bright things ahead. Happy investing, Ken
