Yes, it was all over the net, I was just the first one to post it to this thread.
There was some speculation that it was an 'accidental on purpose' leak by the court to have its hand 'forced' to clear the case so they could get on to other business.

On Apr 22, I told all who would listen and you proceeded to rake me over the coals...that is all that KRY can mine in Venezuela now (coal) maybe not...
