I would like to answer your question, however it involves too much speculation. I wouldn't be comfortable. I doubt another technology will be able to by pass the critical lines provided by CYMI lasers.

Considering the only thing restricting demand is the limited capital funding available, it is even more unlikely that they would chase another technology with the requisite expenditures that would encompass such a change.

MtnMan_Re: DUV demand = X ; This is still the ground floor and they've barely even scratched the surface. It took CYMI ten years to develop the technology to this point and the likelihood that a replacement technology will emerge before 2005 is slim and none.

It tells you something about the continued growth expectations when you see the company expanding by opening a new office in Singapore.
