As "the Jack" said. NYRR is probably worth less than .10 per share IF one could find financials that are reliable. BUT the potential is great for a major cash infusion OR a buyout.

On the "Major news flash - Certainly a 100K per year income is a spit in the ocean <GGG>. I spend more on beer and hockey tickets every year. BUT it is a start and certainly a logical fit. Maybe more similar type 'contracts" will accumulate into a major income producing entity.

Would be nice to have audited financials to show to the street.

Just MHO

Dave
