Calm down guys....There is no volume here....Look at if from MMs standpoinT...they are short xmillion shares...the stock is about to go on the Nasdaq board...we force the price down..cause a panic sell, cover..outa here....what is happening is that we are not selling..registered buys outnumber sells some sells are between MMs... They can continue to do this until buying pressure increases or.we go Nasdaq...You knew this was going to happen when their end got near...why would we act surprised and sell....THEY ARE NOT GETTING THEIR SHARES HERE!!!! DON'T SELL, BUY IF YOU CAN.... CRAIG

Over the last 15 mins, I have seen 3700 buys, 2000 sells...that the story and the price goes down... Craig

I agree with others who state that MM tricks are overated. The MM's are looking to find a bid/ask level where the buyers and the sellers even out. I haven't been looking at the ticker that closely but it looks like the MM's are looking for buyers, and can't find 'em. It's not like investors are tripping over themselves to buy DGIV at these bargain prices, I wish they were. I am very long DGIV, and would like to see some buying activity kick to bring the price back up. I think a lot of investors are on the sideline until the 10-SB issue becomes resolved. When the volume is this low MM's can really move the stock around as they look for buyers and sellers. Strange that Byron gets booted just as we are looking for the 10-SB are maybe bigger news. I know I'll sleep better after seeing that document. Good luck all Mark P.S. Rico How about an update, Thanks!
