It is a reasonable request if you are telling people that the float is 800K when Yahoo lists it as 7.8M. So who are these shareholders and how much stock do they hold?

Because it appears the "Rocketeers" (almost done doing their damage to those who purchased SGNC Friday) made up the figure, along with the phantom shareholders.
