I've been looking through a ton of stuff the past 18 hours and it don't look too good for the longs here. Only thing I see saving the day is the Fed doing or maybe even saying something. I spoke with a net friend in Malaysia last night and he says its "BAD... REAL BAD". We talked of Uncle Sam and when will he help??
He'll help, but usually after the damage has been done.

Patrick,

I paper-traded shorting the spoos at 1102.20 this afternoon. Boy did they really tank at the end of the day. I am still trying to get a feel for this futures thing. I really felt that the spoos would break 1098 and the dow would take out 8700. I guess the bulls finally gave in.
