Peter I am not answering for Shlomi,But consider the following.
Radlinx had just been bought at the end of the 1st qtr.It was profitable when we bought it.We had just announced the Business relationship with FUJI,I think FUJI Had some sales this qtr.The 50 or so million in the bank did not impact VOCLF in any way after the DT stock deal. This money was from the stock Deal am I correct.DT i think is going to start taking delivery in the 3rd qtr. There has been rumors that DT may have bought some already.I don't believe that any back loading could hurt the company if indeed you want to call it that.

The idea that VOCLF is broke or will not surrive stems from exactly what a very mistaken and over zealous Analyst who surely gets fooled from time to time says about a company that he did not know about.I have not heard any other company with any of the big ties that voclf has or any company that could get them.LU has made a choice,DEC has made a choice,Ask this question who would you want working on your world wide network,LU DEC or CSCO and asend. If you think about it hard enough it seems apparent that VOCLF has formed a very nice union of some very strong players.LU may seem a deterent,But I believe that the truth will start to unfold as the industry matures into a very dynamic pressence.I expect that LU will be knocking on the door. They have just come out of the buy less clauses in the divesture and are shopping.

Have a good one peter and keep the chin up.
