Wolfgang,

I hope you didn't get around to shorting Bay. It was announced this morning that Nor-tel was entering into an agreement to purchase Bay. I don't know the numbers because I was busy this morning, but I think the buyout was at a premium.

I have to apologize, that I did not check YAHOO business prior to posting.
This morning a buyout of BAY by NT was announced. The stock nevertheless could not overcome $32 level. Maybe right now another
opportunity for shorting. Be careful though.
