Fundamentals taken from RBCDS site:

last -- - 52 high --- 52 low - dividend - yield - - EPS -- P/E
$24.50 -- $32.00 -- $21.90 -- $1.00 -- 4.08% -- $3.32 -- 7.4

Could someone explain why the low price on this? I now they will be late with special divs but their EPS for 97 are much better than some Technology stocks. Do investors fear are really bad year in 98?
Just trying to understand the difference between investors sentiment in mining stocks and technology.

Anyone else notice how NOR gets hammered down at the end of the day for the past week or two? Always stronger in the AM and then the dumping starts in the PM. Any word on the spinoffs? Anyone think NOR will aquire Inmet? Would not take much to be the $5 offer on the table. Inmet has almost $5 in cash so it would not cost much.
