Just a note, Fund Managers are ruled by their own internal controls and Board's, they make the decision as to whether they want to invest in a specific Index, or they can choose to create their own Index. Alot of them do create their own Index's and invest accordingly. Then again some are beginning to enter the arena of Derivative plays on the Index, such as future contract ie: TXF.
