MF is very bias. When Net Stocks is upgraded, it mentioned in its news but it never mentioned when it is downgraded. This is the excerpt from last Friday evening's news. "Entertainment and consumer products company K-tel International (Nasdaq:KTEL - news) surged $1 1/2 to $15 1/4 in heavy trading on no apparent news save a ratings upgrade for competitor CDnow Inc. (Nasdaq:CDNW - news) and Amazon.com's (Nasdaq:AMZN - news) launch yesterday of its online music store. CDnow, which gained $1 to $18, was raised to "strong buy" from "buy" at BT Alex. Brown."

It mentioned the upgrade but not the downgrade on AMZN from Everen Securities.

I am wondering why Bezos has not sold his. I think he has investment bankers taking care of his--selling calls and buying puts (generating premium from the calls and using it to pay for puts) so he is guaranteed to get the price he wants to.
