Hello! Brad,

Thank you for the update for research purposes regarding
Dominica, West Indies and it's economic development program.

The site that you shared in my view presents some interesting reading,
it appears that Gary is taking solid business development steps in managing the GLOW Business and it's shareholder's interests.

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

Brad you seem to be a conduit between this thread and GLOW, and you must have had a conversation with Gary Borglund a short time ago. During my discussion with him we talked about this very subject in almost the exact words, and than some so that I am comfortable with GLOWS relationship with IGC, and the reasons for it. Can't believe it is a coincidence.

It is nice to finally start to receive meaningful information. This kind of an explanation some time ago would have saved a lot of frayed nerves.

Seems like a lot of people were talking to the company but asking the wrong questions. Senior management at the company have been busy putting out fires on the corporate front.

Maybe we are all back on track. I notice that there are still some people that only contribute insults. Thats to be expected.

The ANSWERS to my questions are... CONFIDENTIALITY PREVENTS US FROM ANSWERING YOUR QUESTIONS!

What a tangled web we weave......

Brad wrote....
"GLOW "formerly" owned IGC, but when they realized that there could be potential legal obstacles, GLOW divested their interest in IGC."

Now GLOW admits to "formerly" owning IGC and selling it for "potential legal obstacles". Who did they sell it to? Software Gaming Corp? The "Toronto Group"? Millennium Comm? Are they all one and the same? NO ANSWERS HERE, ONLY MORE QUESTIONS.

"The Government of Dominica's Economic Development Policies prohibit them from releasing individual personal names and details of principals. So the company is listed as a trust."

Of course SECRECY IS VERY IMPORTANT !!. Don't want those pesky shareholders finding out too much!!

"By reviewing the web site listed above, you will see other significant benefits such as "20-Year Tax Free Status." Using Dominica as a domicile as an international business company (IBC) makes good business sense in many ways."

Other benefits include....( from the DOMINI site)

" 4.) Asset security and protection from seizure, expropriation or confiscation by foreign authorities, is provided for.
5.) Total anonymity and confidentiality is provided for. "

Of course would not want those pesky shareholders sueing and seizing assets (or even knowing who to sue)!!

After all this is said and done we still don't know JACK SQUAT about IGC!!

Happy investing folks. Lots of Luck!

Peace

Riccardo
