I2 and All: Hard to imagine but the Russell 2000 is down almost 1% for the year (S&P up 11%) as of the close today especially given the lack of overseas exposure of these companies and their relative favorable valuations to the large caps. The liquidity in this sector has just evaporated during the correction.
