<< Who wants to work on a project?>>

I'll take a stab at it.

China Pacific,(CHNAE:Nasdaq, $0 5/8, soon to be delisted).

(For those who want the full story on CHNAE, read the last
3 years worth of posts on AOL stock boards you'll get an
education in how to identify investments to avoid.)

Dogshit stock. Perfect for those who like to trade Bulletin
Board hype stocks. But investors should run, not walk away
from it.

Book value of $6 is based on Hong Kong Real Estate bought at
market peak last summer and obsolete and uncompetitive Chinese
steel plant that is losing money with falling steel demand.

Has issued discount priced Regulation-S shares to private
investors like they were after dinner mints.

Chinese management refuses to provide required financial
info to U.S. management. No SEC filings this year because
of it. I wonder what else they are not telling us?

Past profits were based on government subsidies, which have
been eliminated.

Chinese Won soon to be devalued? (Very likely). What will that
do to the book value?

Company has historically mislead investors with unrealistic
future activities for the last 3 years.

Then there is the CEO, Clement Mak, a real gem.

These could be some of the reasons the stock is down from
an all time high of $26.

Do your DD well.
