><>...Mark, with all due respect...><> You know nothing about Jesus. But it is not too late to learn of Him. Praise God! New age religion will just not get you there either. If you are sincerely interested in knowing the Messiah, then read His entire word. And while you are at it, read the entire NT. It is filled with love, grace, mercy, and power. It will also give you much insight into the time of Christ's return. Don't be unprepared mark, please, for the love of God open your heart to His teachings and not that new age babble that is deceiving you. DCF has just touched the surface concerning the wrath of God and the return of Jesus. You really need to sincerely study the scriptures in total, before you brand Jesus a liberal....He certainly is not. He is not returning as a babe in swaddling clothes! He is returning as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.! Are you at all familiar with the 7 Viles of God wrath, and the 7 seals and 7 trumps? Time is running out my friend. Mark are you familiar with the following scripture and it's impact on all society. Luke 4:15-21 15 And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified of all. 16 And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read. 17 And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written, 18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, 19 To preach the acceptable year of the Lord . 20 And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him. 21 And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears. Mark Jesus closed the book before He finished the sentence. Do you know why. Allow me to tell you. My Lord Jesus was reading from Isaiah 61, and the rest of the sentence goes like this; Isa 61:2 2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God ; to comfort all that mourn; The day of vengeance of our God.... Mark, Jesus stopped reading just before that part of the sentence because, it was not time yet for vengeance. But when Jesus returns it will be time to fulfill that part of scripture. 7 And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, 8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: 9 Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; 10 When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day. 11 Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power: 12 That the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and ye in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ. There is so much more to God than just His love , mercy and grace. May God be with you Mark Have a good evening Shalom...><> BTW...Thomas calvet had some very valuable advice for you....
