I'm feeling a bit more comfortable about Zulumedia. The reasons, actually, are quite simple, and I'll tell you my concerns and what aren't(from an investment standpoint)

Concerns(the first being the most pressing):

1)I still get the feeling Hayton plays a bit more of a role than they would lead us to believe. The article(with Meatcham), although written three months ago, still evokes some concern. But I think Hayton realizes the stock price could 100X, and he could make it big on this one by going the straight and narrow. When this merger completes, and the management is in place, I will invest big time. And regardless of Jon Tara's commentary, I think even he'll back off when the deal finalizes.

2)Are their clients happy? Has anyone called Netscape, Playboy(I'll take care of that one <vbg>), and others to find out how happy they are with Zulumedia's service? If they're happy, I say there shouldn't be a concern.

3)Can they keep pulling money out of thin air until they turn profitable? The 50 million private placement: how's that coming? This is a big concern, because with the 50 million private placement, they should be able to turn profitable with the expansion of their network.

Concerns that were but no longer:

The numbers are no longer a concern for me. I can't go into why they are not(I will soon, but not now), but all I can say is that they're meaningless to the public. Who should be concerned with the numbers right now is ESVS management.

And that's my four cents.

MG Out.
