I got in last year at 3.30 and bolted when it got to 2. I got back in at 3/8 and bolted again (I guess I didn't learn my lesson the first time :) at .18. I stayed away because I knew the mall would not open on time in April. I went there in March and didn't find the location. I was only a block away as I learned when I got back. I have a friend in Las Olas who has kept me informed on the mall's progress. I finally called the Chamber Of Commerce in Las Olas and they told me that an article in the newspaper indicated the mall would open on 6/19. I bought back in at the current levels. I agree that 5.0 is a far cry off. My best guess is that if the store does well, revenues will increase between it and the one in Weston, thereby pushing the stock's value to the 3/4 area. Unless something dramatic happens, it should stay there for awhile. Stockster

TO ALL: I called the company and talked to the CEO, Steve Schatzmann(please excuse the spelling). He was very busy, but polite. He stated that I caught him at a bad time because he was in the middle of preparing for a meeting. He said he would be glad to speak with me at another time. He did mention that there would be a PR within the next week to 10 days. He said that I would be very happy with the news. That's about as good as you're going to get about the PR. I've tried to pm Jonathan Lebed and IRA MONAS, but have not heard from them. We did not get the news announcement as Jonathan stated, so I don't know if he knows about anything or not. He has not posted since June 11. I felt very comfortable with my conversation with the ceo. He did not hand me alot of hype. You can contact him at (954)525-6333. I believe the stock may drop in price until next week, or this Friday, when a new store is scheduled to open. These small stocks usually don't appreciate in value until news approaches.
