100 shares! that's 30,000 pre-split shares!! bought for less that $200!?! it's finally starting to sink in, how much Jack has screwed us over! my 72,000 pre-split shares are worthless!!! oh well!! this is one I'll just have to put away, and check on it again in 5 years.. and just hope Jack isn't around to screw us over anymore!!

Opey is back!!!!! Hey guys & Gals, been lurking for a while and did the life membership thing. KAA, thanks for the conversations over the last few weeks. I can't wait until Tuesday afternoon to hear what's going on from Cleve and the Judges comments in court. The last day or so there has been a lot of conversation on the thread about the quest for info from the legal dept(Cleve). I for one belive that we need to be a bit more confidential in what the __# of shareholders that are legally pursuing CVIA should share openly. I say this only because this is not a class action suit, rather a core group of shareholders that are standing to the forefront of what they belive. Please don't take this the wrong way, I am not trying to be elitist. I do think that we all need to be careful about not tipping our hand to the current mgnt(jack & Co). I was a loyal shareholder as most of you were, that is until jack put (IT) in our backs(use your own imagination). This thread has been our saving grace. Think, if it was not for SI, how many of us would know a damn thing about this law suit and how jack has *^$@#! us over? "It is truly a great day that shall materialize and give recourse to the small investor." -Who said that? I did damn it!!! jack,(I'm using the lower case j for a reason) your day is coming. Your actions go beyond criminal, there are the sort of actions that you yourself will have to live with for the rest of your days. I only hope you have days 1-threehundreth as bad as some of the hard working, God fearing people that trusted your BULL SHIT and lost more than money. This is the good fight that I and __# of the other litigants put fourth. KAA gave you and the others a chance and you did it to yourself.
