I'd be careful if you plan to buy for the short term. Don't think that we've seen a bottom yet. There's talk that oil producers are considering shutting down till they see a turn-around. Right now, there's no reason for the price of oil to increase. Plus, the current situation in Asia is also not favorable for an increase. The dollar will most likely force the yen to 150 by latest next week if Asia does not defend it from happening. If it goes to 150, we could see a devaluation in the asian currencies which will further lessen the demand for oil in that region IMO.
