Acquired Assets without debt... That happens when no bank will lend you money based upon your business plan. Co agreed to sell for restricted shares You would to if someone gave you stock at today's market value of $5M for $2.5M worth of land. Those are important questions. At least they believe the company will be worth half what it is today in 3 years. Someone was sitting on land that no one wanted to pay more for than EDII. Either they are visionaries or overpaid, but what the hell, its your money they used. Please consider all the angles before you applaud management. No one knows whether this was a good deal or not. jmt
