Let me add a several more "bad" reasons.

1. FDA approval will take a minimum of 6 years.

2. Funding to get a product through FDA trials averages over 200M.

3. This company has no partner with deep pockets.

4. Chances are against FDA approval.

5. Even with FDA approval, no product revenues for over 6 years.

6. How many OTCBB stocks do you know that have ever gotten a product through 3 phases of FDA trials to market?

Jim B... I agree with you. I held all my shares today and will try and get more tomorrow. Because of what is taking place on this thread, I am even more convinced.. I came here to get information, but I also learned a valuable lesson.

Great point Jim. What we are invested in is a product that has hold of a niche in a 20billion industy. It's easy to turn on the blinders and lose focus on what is important here - and that is a product that will save millions of lives. Dr Drees is THE authority in this area - indisputable! He has put his life into this 20+ years of development in a product that has already been FDA APPROVED at 1st generation. This is fact. The hemoglobin development side of this product has failed. This is fact. 15,000 humans have succesfully been tested. This is fact.
To invest is YOUR decision. Do your research and choose to invest or not to invest. There are no guarantees in this world except death and taxes - this is the bottom line w/any stock. There is a difference between trading and investing.

The Rocketeers were promoting ICVI and now investors are down a lot of money. The same has happened to Sanguine shareholders. When is it all going to end.

Jim B: I had a long discussion w/ Dr Drees as to the amount of financing needed and the testing/marketing timeplan of pher-02.
Industry averages is 200+mil for testing and development from beginning to end - then marketing fees.
The fact is that this product has already undergone 20 years of testing and will only need a fraction of that amount. Again, this product has been in development from 1978. At that time, full product development cost co's 100+mill.
Read the press release. Funding is done. Batelle will begin testing shortly. Do you think a co the size and reputation of Batelle would sign up for with a company if they didn't have confidence in the product or company. Dr Drees and Batelle have estimated 95-98% success on pher-02. FDA approval (since this will be approval on a 2nd generation improved product will be easier than the first time it was approved. Average approval time on a 1st gen product is 10+years. The company has estimated 2 1/2 since it is 2nd gen.
*One key factor is that there is patent pending in the process, and most likely this product will be gobbled up at or before the product is deemed 'FDA Approvable' before that time is even up.
